1.Introduction:
SG Series sand gravel pumps are designed for continuous handling of
the most difficult higher abrasive slurry, containing solids too
large to be pumped by a standard slurry pump.

SG200F (10/8F-G) is a slurry pump with discharge size 8 inch, and
it is almost the best popular pump at SME.
SG200F (10/8F-G) is mostly sold to our customers from Russia, Holland, Italy and
other Eastern and Western European countries. SME will always be

These pumps are characterized by long life, efficient operation and
easy maintenance with its low cost.
Pumps are available with either a rubber or a metal lining of
abrasive - and corrosion resistant materials. Used bearings for
heavy duty, with the increased load on them.
Product features and application of the gravel sand pump:
1. the gravel pump is horizontal, single pump casing structure
centrifugal pump.
2. Use special clamp clamping pump body and pump cover, the pump
outlet can be adjusted in the any direction of 360 degrees, easy to
install and use.
3. The bearing components with cylindrical structure, easy to
adjust the gap between the impeller and the pump body to keep long
working life .
4. Bearing with grease lubrication.
5.Gravel pump has three kinds of shaft seal including packing seal,
vice impeller seal, mechanical seal.
6. Wide flow channel , good cavitation performance, high
efficiency, abrasion resistance.
7.Transmission methods are: V-shaped V-belt driven, flexible
coupling driven, gearbox transmission, hydraulic coupling driven,
thyristor speed control speed and so on.
8.Over-flow components Material: nickel-containing high-chromium
wear-resistant alloy.
9.Using variety speed and variants, making the pump running in the
best conditions .
10. Long Service life and high operating efficiency can meet a
variety of bad working conditions .
