1. Introduction:

CNSME® material Impeller E4147 is closed type impeller with 5 vanes, It can be installed on 6/4D- and 6/4E- Centrifugal Slurry Pumps. The wear parts are very crucial to the service life of slurry pumps, For the long service life of pump parts, the material plays an important role here, Tobee offers rubber slurry pump parts are more suitable for delivering strong corrosive or abrasive slurries of small particle size without sharp edges.

The material has replaced our previous natural rubber grades such as R08A, R24, R26A, W411 and W413, brought about by progressive improvements in materials technology.

CNSME® offer rubber materials in: Natural rubber , R08, R26, R33, S01(EPDM), S10(NBR), S21(Bromobutyl), S31(Hypalon), S42(Neoprene) etc as well as polyurethane.

CNSME® Slurry Pump Rubber Impeller - front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are complete interchangeable. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.

Components of Slurry Pumps:

Impeller
The impeller, either elastomer, stainless steel or high-chrome material, is the main rotating component which normally has vanes to impart the centrifugal force to the liquid.

Casing
Split outer casing halves of cast contain the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities. The casing shape is generally of semi-volute or concentric, efficiencies of which are less than that of the volute type.

Shaft and Bearing Assembly
A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration. Heavy-duty roller bearing are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.

Shaft sleeve
A hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant sleeve with O-ring seals at both ends protects the shaft. A split fit allows the sleeve removed or installed quickly.

Shaft Seal
Expeller drive seal, Packing seal, Mechanical seal.

Drive Type
V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.
